At first the EVVA subsidiary in Prague was actually run out of Vladimir Fulin’s garage, as is often the way with a start-up. Back in 2005 EVVA purchased a majority share in Guard, the oldest security company in the Czech Republic, and opened the second Czech subsidiary in Tisnov. In 2009 EVVA purchased Guard. One year later Martin Koudelka became the new General Manager of both subsidiaries. In 2019 EVVA is a premium security brand in the Czech Republic.
